I understand that these images or recordings may be used for class updates, parent communications, website materials, social media, printed materials, or other promotional purposes related to Tot Explorers.
I understand that my child's full name will not be used publicly without separate written permission.
By selecting Yes, I acknowledge that participation in Tot Explorers may include ordinary risks associated with toddler play, movement activities, art materials, sensory activities, snacks, group interaction, and indoor or outdoor class settings. I understand that I am responsible for supervising my child during class and for determining whether my child is able to safely participate in program activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Hagar Simon and Tot Explorers from and against claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my child's participation in Tot Explorers, except where prohibited by law.
